Yuval is one of the Founders of Digital Asset. Previously, he served as both the CFO and COO. In this capacity, Yuval hired the majority of the company’s executive leadership, established its global presence, and oversaw its acquisition of four technology startups. Prior to DA, Yuval held positions at Citadel and at DRW Trading, where he managed an algorithmic trading desk and helped launch DRW Venture Capital.

Eric Saraniecki is co-founder and head of network strategy at Digital Asset, the organization supporting the Canton Network, focusing on strategic direction and helping build the network’s technological foundation and relationships with large institutions.

Previously, he worked at DRW Trading Group as a trader, where he built and managed a trading desk focused on low-liquid commodities—a market that demands sharp analysis, strict risk management and a smart strategy. From there, he co-founded Cumberland Mining, which grew to become one of the largest liquidity providers in the crypto market. His systemic thinking, shaped by years of dealing with illiquid assets, led him to view Bitcoin as an asset with speculative opportunities and a driver of a powerful new market that required more structure and liquidity.

In his current role, he gives particular focus to ensuring interoperability between applications, maintaining data privacy at the institutional level and building a network architecture that can be used by banks, clearing houses and asset managers.

Shaul is one of the Founders of Digital Asset. He is a software engineer with a background in research cryptography, implementing Zero Knowledge Proof protocols (SNARKs) for Secure Computational Integrity and Privacy. Previously, he served as CTO for two startups in Tel Aviv. Shaul is a former Lieutenant Commander in the Israeli Navy. He was also a team member of the SCIPR cryptography lab and a visiting scientist at MIT CSAIL.

Eric is one of the Founders of Digital Asset. Prior to DA, Eric built a trading desk at DRW trading that specialized in illiquid commodity markets and co-founded Cumberland Mining, one of the largest crypto-asset liquidity providers in the world.

Shaul is one of the Founders of Digital Asset. Edward spent more than 20 years as a senior engineering manager at leading global financial services firms, including Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Edward has broad experience across security engineering, risk management, critical infrastructure and system management and monitoring. Edward successfully achieved the SOC2 Type II examination for Digital Asset.

Emnet has over 20 years of experience leading finance and operations organizations for both enterprise and early stage companies. Prior to Digital Asset, she spent over 10 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland where she was heavily involved in the bank's restructuring efforts following the global financial crisis. Earlier on in her career, Emnet spent five years at IBM in various leadership roles at the firm’s corporate headquarters in New York.

Kelly spent 26 years at JPMorgan Chase and three years at Goldman Sachs. Kelly’s roles at JPM have included Head of JPMorgan's Global Collateral Management and Securities Clearing businesses, Head of Global Custody Product, Head of Online Brokerage Product Asset Management, and others. She was also instrumental in aiding the Federal Reserve Bank of New York with the tri-party repo reforms post-2008. Kelly also serves on the Susan G Komen - Greater NYC Board.

Manoj has over a decade of experience as a strategic legal advisor to technology companies and investors. He began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis and was most recently at Goodwin Procter before joining Digital Asset. Manoj has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex technology transactions, venture and private equity investments and M&A deals.

Bernhard is a DLT specialist with over a decade of product management experience. He previously led product management for Daml and is now focused on refining the portfolio with additional products, features and services for finance markets. Bernhard holds a D.Phil from the University of Oxford and previously worked on underwriting and pricing systems at Swiss Re.

Ratko has been part of the Daml and Canton journey from the beginning, joining Digital Asset in 2016 through the acquisition of Elevence. Before being promoted to CTO, he worked as the product lead of the sdk and platform, and as Director of Engineering (Canton). Ratko holds an MSc in Computational Science and Engineering and a PhD from ETH Zurich, and has been working in the tech industry for more than 25 years in various leadership roles and companies in the fields of computational research, fintech, consulting, telco and ISPs.

Georg leads the Financial Products business working on designing and developing the next generation of financial infrastructure using Daml and Canton. Prior to Digital Asset he spent a decade working as a Quantitative Strategist at Credit Suisse, where he built pricing-, trading-, and risk systems for Equity Derivatives and Structured Products. His interests are at the intersection of finance and emerging technologies, where new opportunities for value creation can be found. Georg holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from ETH Zurich with a specialization in Machine Learning.

Ryan has over 20 years of sales management experience with fintech companies at all growth stages. Prior to Digital Asset, he has overseen the revenue, customer and marketing functions for software and data applications applicable to real estate, credit, derivatives, risk management and enterprise data management disciplines. Most notably, he spent 10 years at IHS Markit where he ran global sales for the entire software solutions division and 5 years at JP Morgan.
