Participation in the Partner Program does not result in DA granting you a license to any DA software, trademarks or other intellectual property.

DA reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the terms of the Partner Program, including the criteria for qualifying for various tiers and/or remove inactive partners upon prior notice.

DA may provide marketing collateral such as product specifications, presentation templates, email templates, marketing brochures, and other materials. These materials may be used, customized, and / or co-branded, provided such use is in compliance with the published guidelines by DA.
