Where is your interest?

Client experience

You are the bridge between our technology and the institutions reshaping global finance. You work directly with clients to design, build, and implement solutions.

Go-to-market

Sales, client experience, and technical support. You shape how DA goes to market, identify where we should play, and sell a genuine paradigm shift in how financial institutions transact.

Marketing

You build the DA brand and shape how the market understands our role in the Canton ecosystem.

Ops functions

Finance, Legal, Operations, People & Workplaces, IT & Security, DA runs because of you. You're the infrastructure that lets everyone else move fast, operate with integrity, and do their best work.

Product & engineering

This is where Canton is built. You work on distributed systems, privacy-preserving protocols, smart contract design in Daml, and programming language theory, often all at once.

Technical support

You diagnose complex issues across distributed systems, advise on implementation, and make sure our customers can do what they came to DA to do.

Work-life flexibility

Our benefits are designed to support flexibility, well-being, and the realities of life outside the office. Highlights include: 

  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO) accrued each year and unlimited sick time
  • 3 Summer Fridays and a full office closure at the end of each year
  • Paid parental leave up to 14 weeks for the primary caregiver and up to 6 weeks for the secondary caregiver
